Mechanical Installer
Your tasks include mounting system and panel installation, as well as local logistics duties.
Electrical Installer
Your tasks include panel stringing, DC cabling and connections, inverter installation, and string testing.
Key Personnel – Supervisory Role
There are typically several dozen workers on site at any given time. We need supervisors to plan and lead installation operations. You have the option to start with a smaller responsibility and qualify through our training program, even progressing to project manager. You must be fluent in both Finnish and English.
Additional Information
The solar park construction site where you will be hired is your permanent workplace. We follow the collective agreement for the earthworks sector regarding pay and other terms. You will receive work clothes and safety equipment.
If you relocate, we will assist you in finding housing.
The work is physical and outdoors. You should be healthy and preferably engage in varied physical activity.
When one site is completed, we aim to offer you work at another site.
